British Manufacturing
Hergestellt in Großbritannien
Parkin & Gerrish are proud to support British design and manufacturing. We feel our customers are interested in the provenance of products - like our jewellery. And as a British retailer, we're proud to support British design and quality by sourcing locally. It is also a lot more eco-friendly.
We have only just got started as a company so there are more partnerships to come. Watch this space!
British made chains
At the moment, the only modern manufactured pieces of jewellery we sell are chains. This is because antique chains are expensive and actually not that easy to find. Instead we thought it would be easier to provide 16 and 18 inch Prince of Wales chains in both solid 9ct gold and silver. They are manufactured in Staffordshire by a family run business, which has been making them since 1975. They display the best of British chain-making craftsmanship.
JEWELLERY CARE
Talk Town Polish
Now, Talk Town Polish is brilliant - Zuleika has been a personal fan of theirs for years, and they sell all sorts of cleaning products, not just for silver and jewellery. The company was first founded in 1895 and has been going for over 125 years and they are still manufacturing in Britain today. Not only that, they are by appointment to the HM The Queen - that means they have the Royal seal of approval!
And to make your life easier, you can purchase some of their products directly from Parkin & Gerrish here! A lovely extra gift for you or loved one, and one that will keep sparkling...
WEDDING RINGS
British made wedding rings
Our wedding rings are made in the heart of Birmingham using Fair Trade Gold.
The choices can be overwhelming, and that is why we have chosen 3 very simple plain wedding band designs. These come in Platinum, 18ct White Gold and 18ct Yellow Gold and can range from 2mm to 8mm wide.
Please note, our bespoke wedding rings may take up to 5 weeks to be made.
BESPOKE
Made to measure
Our multisizers are made in the UK.
